1a. From Central Birmingham, get onto the A41
signposted Solihull
1b. Stay on the A41 and follow signs for the M42
1c. Get onto the M42 at Jn 5 and head South towards
the M40 signposted Banbury and London
or
1. From Birmingham International Airport, get onto
the M42 at Jn6 and head South signposted Banbury,
Stratford upon Avon
2. Leave the M42 at Jn3A and get onto the M40
heading South signposted Banbury and London
3. Stay on the M40 for 11 miles and exit at Jn15 onto
the A429 signposted Barford, Wellesbourne,
Shipston on Stour
4. Stay on the A429 for 12 miles and after Halford,
take the first exit on the roundabout with the A3400
5. Go through the village of Shipston on Stour and
stay on the A3400
6. After 1 mile, turn left into the village of Burmington
7. Go through the village of Burmington and follow
the signs for Cherington/Stourton
8. Pass the Cherington Arms pub on your left
9. After 300 yards, turn right into Stourton Manor
